Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS:
FOR RETURN & REPLACEMENT :
1. Refund request must be made within 2 days, except the day of delivery. (Example: If you receive product on 10-01-2018, you must file return request(on email) before 11:59 PM on 12-01-2018)
To raise a return request contact our customer support team via email email@example.com with your order id, reason of return/replacement and image of product.
2. Returns shall be arranged for pick-up through a logistic service partner. However, in the event the logistic service partner is unable to do so, a notification regarding the same shall be sent to you, for dispatching the product using a reputed courier in your respective area to the address mentioned in the notification. The freight charges (max Rs.70/-) for such products shall be reimbursed to you on successful receipt of product and verification of the same ( return in case of damaged item).
3. Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above and below. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to the Seller by you without our approval for the same, in this case Retailer Hub will be not liable for any claim/loss.
4. Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request.
5. Products that store personal information should be returned after deleting all personal information. Retailer Hub shall not be responsible in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
6. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
7. Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.
8. Retailer Hub policies will be not applicable if products bought (through affiliate url) from other marketplaces (Flipkart.com, Amazon.in, Snapdeal.com, Tatacliq).
9. “Refund/Replacement” with status “No” is not eligible for replacement (except damage/different product conditions). You can only return it by paying ₹90.**
10. If you don’t like product you can return it by paying return charges of 90 rupees.**
11. Brand warranty/guaranty products are not refundable. (You have to visit brand authorised service center)
For Defective Products:
Some products are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, replacement and returns. These policies are binding on you.

1. If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed up to Rs.70/- only .
2. We may also notify that the facility of pickup for returns from you has been withdrawn, in which case, you will have to bear your own expense and logistics to return the product back to the Seller.
|After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.|
Return/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
The seller may refuse to accept the return if any of the below conditions are not met.:
|Correct Product||IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.|
|Complete Product||All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.|
|Unused Product||The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.|
|Undamaged Product||The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.|
|Undamaged Packaging||Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.|
(a). We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
(b). For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
(c). If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
(d). Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request.
